What day is Romance in CNY 2025?

Romance in CNY will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets will go on sale towards the end of 2024. There will be VIP and Regular admission options, please be sure to check back!

Announcements will be made on Social Media Platforms, so be sure to follow Romance in CNY!

How do I reserve a table?

Authors, Vendors, Narrators & Cover Models will be able to reserve a table by completing the applicable interest forms! Interest forms are located on the interest form page accessible via the main menu.

How many authors will be in attendance?

This will be updated once we've selected authors from the registeration requests!

Will I be able to buy books from the author?

Book sales will be the responsibility of the authors. Pre-Sale links will be posted on the Author page, if provided by the author.

I already have a copy of an author's book I'd like signed, can I bring it?

Attendees are encouraged to bring their copies of an author's book for signing! However, attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.

Why are you selling merchandise?

Any revenue generated from website product sales will go directly into funding Romance in CNY, which will hopefully be an annual event! It will be applied towards things such as:

  • Cost of the Website
  • Raffle baskets/prizes
  • Venue costs
  • Free Convention Swag
