2026 Interest Forms

Complete an interest form to be apart of Romance in CNY 2026

Submitting an interest form does NOT guarantee a table reservation. 

Process:

  1. Submit form
    1. If selected, an invite/invoice will be sent to the provided email
    2. If you do not hear anything, your name will be added to the waitlist 
  2. Your spot will be reserved upon payment

Note - if you are selected for a table reservation, please consider being a sponsor as well! Sponsoring tables will have their names added to the Blackout Bingo Card handed to all general admission & VIP attendees, in addition to the other sponsor benefits.
